Nothing that was said was "secret" or private or personal or anything of the kind. oh, really, then what was their response to your asking them why RMC's projections were in the Private Placement? On the day this was supposedly filed, March 23, 1999, the company no doubt knew the RMC merger would have to be unwound as was announced just 8 days later. It is possible that they did not know, but I consider that to be highly unlikely. #reply-10188561
