Rude-- the money I really hated to spend was only $2550 on an estate lawyer,, talk about UNknow ways to protect what you have from up to 55% estate tax. Anyone with a total net worth of $625K or more should not even be thinking about it,, needs done. Under $500K and its a bit easier... different thing in different states,, Ins benefits, house, stoks/ bonds/ vehicles-- does not take long to make Uncle Sams eyes light up.. and lighten your estate..
