I purchased some INTC a week ago, of course I don't like the results of the MFE purchase.
I trust that mgmt. isn't just throwing a dart at an acquisition target, and hoping it works. Normally a hardware company acquires a hardware company, I guess mgmt. feels that the IT security space is an essential component for the INTC strategy going forward, despite near term dilution.
The potential floor of the dividend pay helps.
