Rebbe,

It is late and I am going to hit the sack but I wanted to let you know that the last trade on KO was at 66 7/8.

I agree with you on rotation from High-Tech to conservative stocks. I am now focusing on DIS, MRK, JNJ, PG, GE, and MMM. Do you have any opinion on MMM? CAT seems to be holding up very well.

KO makes me a little nervous because of its strataspheric P/E. A tech stock I can swallow but P/E of 40-50 for syrup? I think I might be mashugana but I am interested in it.

You know, I have been waiting for the end of this bull for over a year but it keeps on ticking. Everyone says its a buying opportunity everytime there is a sell-off. One day we are going to wake up and it will not have been a buying opportunity after all. Those of you who have participated in this bull run can afford to let your bets ride. Those like me who don't have 6-7 years of bull in the bank are in a dilema. For this reason I buy but I always have a phone in my hand ready to place the sell-orders.

What do you remember people doing in previous bad times? Any war stories about the markets you can share with us? When we finally get the bear market do you think the average babyboomer will sour on the market never to reenter because buy the time the market comes around they may be ready for bonds<g>?

Regards,

Kevin

p.s. I have a neighbor here who has a private 3 hole course in his backyard. His water bill in the summer months is over $7,000!
