SANDY: You have specific protections in the FCC regulations generated as a result of the 1996 Cable Act. As long as the viewer has an ownership interest in the location of the antenna, you cannot be made to take it down. You should contact the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association (SBCA) at 703-549-6990. Explain too them your situation and they will tell you what your options are. The SBCA is always looking for test cases like this, and the FCC has issued two very favorable rulings to satellite in just the last few months...
