Peter,

RE: BXM/GZTR/GZSP

Friday an interesting day, to say the least. Since 9.21.1999 the intraday highs and lows are as follows; BXM low of 17 5/8 and a high of 37, GZTR a low of 1 5/16 and a high of 11 5/8, GZSP a low of 4 13/16 and a high of 19 11/16. Current prices are; BXM 26 3/4, GZTR 7 5/8, and GZSP 12 3/4.

BXM has had less appreciation in this time frame and has the 1/3 of the stock that would be purchased for $37. My quick assessment is that BXM is the best risk/reward means to play this merger/acquisition proposal. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
