MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Aspect Development, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASDV) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a two-for-one stock split payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 25, 2000. The stock split will be effected in the form of a 100% stock dividend. Aspect's transfer agent will deliver new stock certificates representing the additional shares on or about March 10, 2000. The company last split its stock in August of 1998. Upon completion of the stock split, Aspect will have approximately 60 million shares outstanding.
