I have commented before, Charles Payne is a clown!!! I did business with his firm for a brief time. He is not professional enough to make sure his staff is off the phone with their client before berating employees with four letter words about their idiot behavior which turned out to be his poor recommendation. He now feels enpowered because CNBC has had him as a guest recently. He has been repeating the LU rumor for about six months now. So for him to come out and say it will be within any defined period of time is pure nonsense. IMHO, Dennis
