Maverick - Re: "In addition to a 300-MHz K6 optimized for
notebooks, AMD revealed plans to release two
new K6 processors by the first half of next year.
The K6-2 unit will be available in early 1999. A
design named Sharptooth will take aim at high-end
notebooks. "

Sharptooth was running "in the labs" in July, according to Cherry Sanders.

Sharptooth was supposed to be released in 1998 according to Cherry Sanders.

Now they are talking about 1999 for Sharpy?

Isn't Sharpy late?

Why is Sharpy late ?

Does it bother you that Sharpy is late?
