According to Kenneth all things are possible under the Democrat Sun. He is likely correct regarding the laws passed and SCOTUS would strike them down.

For some decisions the SCOTUS might even have to dig deep. For others, they would merely send the laws back from where they came...Congress would have the opportunity to write, rewrite and resubmit for a vote those laws, really no different from writing new laws. Some laws already in constitutional contention, like Obamaqcare would be killed by SCOTUS before they caused to much disruption.
