Is that the one where France, Russia & Germany thwarted because they didn't want to be exposed for their direct involvement in illegal arms sales to Iraq? Or that all three have more than $100 billion in debt owed to them by Iraq? Or that all three have very lucrative ongoing contracts with Iraq that will all be worthless if the Butcher of Baghdad were to be deposed. Sounds more like political back stabbing from unscrupulous foreign countries, doesn't it?
