Do you think it should be a states rights issue or a Federal Government issue? Should the Feds just say FU we're taking your land and using it in any (toxic) way we chose?

My personal view is that the Feds have to be in charge of this issue. While I understand both views, you're always going to have a NIMBY problem and it is the purpose of the federal government to make condemnations in such instances.

So, I don't believe NV residents can have any say in the matter if you expect to get it done.
