Then there was this great one with St. Ronbo, in the midst of Iran-contra. For public consumption, doddering uncle Ron having the girl scouts into the oval office for some lame ceremony, then once they were herded out, the act was off, and sharp as a tack Ronbo took control as the NSC crew came in from the back room. Ron calls up some Ayatollah, talks to him in Farsi. Ron calculates in his head how many dollars they can get out of Ollie's Swiss bank account, some flunky with a calculator corrects him on the last digit, and Ron says "I know, and 31 cents".

Of course, that skit was the truth, right Neocon? Reagan was on top of things every minute.
