George, Your right, there is a lot more going on with DCI than just the most recent aquisition work. DCI UK has long been the most interesting division to me, since I have felt as you that it is potentially the most interesting to a buyer. It is my impression that we have expanded that division substantially and it won't be too much longer before we start seeing the benefits. The fact that DCI is a well diversified company is one of the reasons I chose to take a serious position in this one. Most other small companies are focused in one area of business, which while this has some merit exposes investors to more risk than one that is not reliant on any one division for it's survival.

As to getting the newsletter out, it would be nice if it were timely, but since things have been changing on the M/A front I can see that there are good reasons to hold off until things are in better focus. We can sure use the addl. investor exposure but I am more concerned with the content and accuracy of the newsletter as opposed to the exact timing of it's release.

As to the paper unprofits, yeah I can relate. The drop in price the last couple days on apparent buying has me puzzled as well. My guess as to why the MM's are behaving as they are would be that someone or some group has given them shares to sell at market, and they have walked the price down to where there are lots of buyers. But given the fact that we are likely getting near the bottom of the barrel on the sellers shares I see this as an aberration. Perhaps this is the final "blow off" where our seller is finishing up..only time will tell.

James
