An SEC attorney at at helm is not a surprise to me. This is the situation in one of my other longs. I'm very comfortable with that. In doing DD I have gotten so familiar with the President I will even call him with legal questions on OTHER PUBLIC COMPANIES. A long term investment and free legal advice, what more could I ask for! As far as Gary goes, would you rather have some new, fast talking, trained salesman that only repeats what he is told? I don't believe Gary will stand for that! I believe we will receive more, relevant, information than we ever have, through the standard channels. Of course after the legal department gets through with his releases, and removes the BARDonics, we may not know it is him! IMHO these are very positive steps in a very negative situation, Jeff
