Zeev, I don't think that THQ controls the genre at all. How many people know that THQ produces the WCW games when they go to buy them? Not many I'm sure. Any new wrestling titles that THQ produces will have to be judged on their own merits. But having the WCW license gave THQ an enormous boost in sales.

I agree, however, that the loss of the license is being blow out of proportion. Problem is that analysts now have trouble getting a handle on THQ's future earnings since recently so much depended on WCW.
