Opps, I did mean Kent Moors. Senior moment - not fruit of the vine.
I did view and partially understand the site you mentioned. Didn't digest all of it. That's why I called in you folk who're investigating E&Ps.
Clearly they are in the exploratory (spending) phase at their Kern County Monterey operations but the Sacramento NG operations will provide some income for that. Teaming with OXY for some seismic imaging operations can't be too bad.
Either this is a heck of a deal or on the other hand, it's all smoke and mirrors.
