fundementals are still in tact. this was the second best Q1 in the PTS history aside from a very strong 97. they are benefiting from pipeline expansion for gas transport, plus an upturn in the drilling in q3 and q4. Also costs will be kept in tact as much of their product comes from japan (weak currency)This is very much over sold. There was a lot of crossing over the last several months. when ever an industry is in a downturn and is a solid co, it is always a take over opportunity.
