I spoke to the developer about Martket Trac 98 which is the large version of MyTrack, and he said it was fixable but that he didn't have access to the source code. They needed a call to a hosts file to point the request to the port defined in the firewall. I suspect the same problem with mytrack. I haven't found any LII yet that will work behind my firewall. I'm sure someone somewhere has a product that will work, we just haven't found it yet. Good luck with your search, I will keep you posted if I find anything.
