Zeb Man,

One of EBLD's acquisitions is a "Top 100" site, which I believe is a multi-media search engine. Not sure about the second site.

They should also be announcing an agreement with MCI/Worldcom and Cable & Wireless soon (in February/March) in which EBLD will host its own Internet Service Provider.
