I knew it when I bought it.

The exact float is something I've forgotten. Really. When I look at a penny stock, I always find the float. Unless it's really small, like under 2 million, it doesn't affect the price that much. I usually avoid stocks with more than 15 million or so in the float. Otherwise, I look at the concept, the competition for that concept, and the price history.

I passed on a company that made wrapped tortilla sandwiches. A decent concept, but it is too easy for Subway to make the same thing--which it eventually did. Dipping foods are being hawked by a lot of companies--but DPPI is the only one targeting schools. The USDA requirements are unique, and the big guys will put out products for the masses, without addressing the schools.

I agree, DPPI is too hot now. I got my last at .69 and think it will cool down. Entry at .75 sounds reasonable.
