Hi Andrew! CORC's business remains strong but they will have another comparison problem 4th qtr because of tax credits in '96 per Tom Buns. But '98 becomes normal comparisons and it may attract some attention then. Acquisition would surprise me from what I know. There are MF's involved. DFA and Fidelity (7%) with major positions, other smaller ones. The small float actually helps if interest would pick up. I forget where you bought in. Profitable here? This is a long term holding, not a trading vehicle. You could look at SRM, NTN, INNN, DAWK, and PESI for potential excitement. Dwight
