Do you think that this is the financing deal that you were referring to earlier. This looks like a good deal to me. The higher the price per share the more money ADVR can get. The fewer shares that they put on the market the less dilution and the higher the price per share. Seems to me it would keep everything at bay and ADVR would have a continuous stream of financing. The warrants are at $1.00 and $1.00 or 110% of the bid price, whichever is greater. Seems like a win win situation all the way around. Am I wrong?
