Phil, about noon Tuesday, Camelot issued a press release. In it they discussed their free 30 day trial software available at their web site for download. They noted their advantages over their competitor's free trial software (no 2 minute time restrictions). All in all it was an upbeat release. They also confirmed the SEC and FTC regulatoryletters received by them, stating that they felt it was not unusual; felt that they did nothing wrong; had nothing to hide; and would respond to them in a timely manner. I personally, upon reading the release, felt comfortable with their explanation.

Apparently the news wires elaborated on the regulatory letters part of the release, and to my knowledge did not include anything about their new 30 day free trial software.

The market reacted to this news. Camelot closed down 21/32, or $.65625.
