Hystory is repeated? Indeed, today news on subcataneous BDNF P-III trial are bad, and REGN toke dive. I was, and I am still optimistic on farmacology and therapeutic effect of BDNF. Problem is in delivery of drug at the disease part of brain!!?? It is not finished! Hope that in intrathecal BDNF trial for ALS AMGN and REGN will have positive results. Association with PDLI and their story! Any definitive numbers from BDNF's today news? Miljenko
