Oooh! OOOh. You have to see this... boson.phys.vuw.ac.nz This movie depicts a probability distribution hitting a barrier. After the wave hits, part of the probability is reflected back, while part of it continues through. This is so cool. I haven't looked at stuff like this for years, and probably wouldn't have for a few more years, if you didn't start this thread. More quantum movies can be found at boson.phys.vuw.ac.nz I found the site listed on ... physnet.uni-oldenburg.de ... which I found using the Scirus search engine. (Thanks Cisco! Hey, isn't a Cisco a fish?) I guess this means I will have to start posting on SI again. -g PS. Tell me what the "Rainbow Project" is. As a photographer, I bend light waves all the time.
