<You're too late if you're planning on selling Cu now.>

You saying it won't go lower?

You saying someone holding shouldn't sell now?

If its going lower it isn't too late. If I still held Cu I would reduce or eliminate position into strength.

Thats what the chart was posted for. Congrats to you if you sold at the top, not everyone can do that.

So if you had Cu holdings you would hold?

Look at AVM.TO. Still too late to sell sitting up here with an almost 20% gap between the close today and $12.50, the 50dma.

Take FM.TO, trading on the 50, heading for the 200 in a big selloff.

My take is that it isn't too late. Selling the rallies would be a strategy here.

Quadra exhibits weak relative strength, and is different from AVM, FM, and NNO.TO which have strong relative strength.
