The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a brokered private placement for Vantex Resources Ltd. announced Dec. 13, 2010:

Number of shares: 3,625,000 common shares

Purchase price: 20 cents per common share

Warrants: 1,812,500 warrants to purchase 1,812,500 common shares

Warrant exercise price: 25 cents per share for a 12-month period following the closing of the private placement

Hidden placees: 25

Agent's fees: Jones Gable & Company Ltd. received a cash commission of $72,500.

The company has confirmed the closing of the above-mentioned private placement by way of press release dated Dec. 30, 2010.
