I looked at XLCT and they look somewhat promising. They look similar to The Registry (REGI) who also is in the services sector. REGI went public in June (I think) at about $16 and last I looked were hitting $44...

REGI has no web site that I can find. They have 1400 consultants, and revenues have been growing at %50 or so per year. Roughly very comparable to XLCT except they are at $44 while XLCT is at $30 or so. Don't know how many shares outstanding though....

One thing for sure....this sector is Hooooottttttt right now! I've been reading that outsourcing or bisourcing or whatever they are calling it these days is here to stay, and most large corps are embracing it with open arms.
