All----- Offer by Monsanto for rest of stock at $7.25 is preliminary. Goes before committee and may be enhanced slightly IMO to give the opinion of fairness. Can't tell if this is cash only or if it will also offer exchange of stock. Cheap if one dreams of the potential or bought higher (like me). Fair when one looks at premium over market. Hope they enhance offer a bit.
