Just received a notice from my broker on YESS. They have sharply revised
their year end expectations from a profitable year to 10 to 20 cents loss
per share. Toys R Us orders were slack due to their own attempts to reach
very low inventory levels for their own year own figures.

The positive side of this is that due to these low inventory figures, Toys R
Us has HAD to place very solid orders for January delivery to spruce up
their inventory levels. Should bode well for YESS 1997 performance. V-Link
has finally made it to the shelves in volume and should impact nicely on
YESS's 1997 figures. Unless management is yanking us around (entirely
possible), 1997 should be a good year for YESS.
