Looking for RCMT to make new highs here based not only on its own merits, but also the strength of other stocks in the industry. ROMC, JOB, RHI, etc. all doing well.

ROMC's acquisition of SRSV might also give RCMT a boost. Wouldn't surprise me if ROMC takes a close look at RCMT sooner or later, since they both specialize in technical/professional placement.
