I was just wondering, could it be a good thing for us that the
bid/ask spread is the way it is?? This should make people unwilling
to sell until the spread narrows so that the predominance of buying
will push the price up...

If they plan to hype this heavily, then maybe a narrowing of the
spread signals a good exit point since the spread will have to narrow
for people to start profit taking.

Any comments? I am totally out in left field? I'm VERY new to all of
this, especially small-cap stocks.
