ACLY has 7.1 million shares outstanding as of 10/31/96, according to their latest EPS report released the other day. BTW, in the latest news release it mentioned that ACLY was working with Keane and ISSC. Does anyone here know if ISSC refers to IBM's division or Information Analysis' division called International Software Services Corp. which they acquired in June, 1996? BTW, IAIC moved up 13 to 49 today, a new all-time high. TIA.
