Stephan, I talked with my broker and he is looking into information for me now and I should have some sort of answer by tomorrow. That is as to when the stock will split. I am still holding every share I bought, what luck! A Reverse Stock split (for every three (3) shares, the shareholder would receive one (1) share). Any fractional shares that result from the split will be rounded up to the next whole share. I guess the next step will be the Shareholders voting on the Stock split. Remember the Board of Directors announced the split (5/27/97), but we as the Shareholders must be notified formally and do our voting. This could take months. You still might be included on the voting depending on what cut-off date they announce. Go to growth.com this should explain alot to you. Bookmark that adress for future reference. Sue
