Ralph, I'am in the H2O treatment biz, HERC is OK but has had problems both with their products and leadership (mgmt). Calgon deal is interesting but English China Clay (parent) wants to unload them. I like your thoughts but while HERC muddles around lots of less risky stocks have moved a ton, stocks like IBM for instance. Play with HERC, but make money (for now) somwhere else. KV
