g: I agree with you on where they could go. I posted a copy of an email I had sent to Etrade about 10 days ago, which expressed some of my concerns with them and their system. To date, I have not received a reply from them, which is unexcusable. However, since my post and email to them, I have had almost no problems with the system which seems to be much faster than before (was dead slow to stop) but is still slow. I believe they are trying, as I have seen them come a long way in the 18 mos. I have used them.
I still feel that they would fix a lot of their problelms and complaints if their pages were more informitive (ie. watch list does not have High/Low or Bid/Ask, etc.) that causes clients to be continually accessing the system to switch pages to get imparitive information. I am patient in my hopes of much improvement and I would recommed them and have.
