SNY...after the acquisition, it will be interesting to see if the market cap change is more or less than the value GENZ adds. There's a big subjective estimate needed there that I'd hedge with a good margin of safety. I suppose I'd value the GENZ piece at their existing ROE but with SNY's P/E. And minus a bit more for historical underperformance of such acquisitions.
