John, It is www.freetrade.com. Streamer is not free either but costs only 19$ or something like that per month. The first 20 trades per month are free and then depending on how much you trade the price may drop to 1$ per trade. I switched also to esignal for quotes and am now rather happy with the setup, saving tons of money. wiesia
