I have made it a practice not to respond to those who do not give their real name, or who do not fill out the SI profile form. However, I responded to your post because I respect your previous posts, and find them knowledgeable and well thought out. BTW, there are several others on this thread, (i.e. Toby for one), who I have not responded to, even though I believed their posts deserved a reply.
But, if you still don't want to fill out a profile, I ask that you e-mail me your real name and a brief background and I will respond to your questions over the weekend.
