Would be nice to know. All I do know is very superficial. Just that they sold a well developed GSM system at the peak of the market (Orange I think), and despite this trading coup, the cost of building the de novo H3 has put the company into severe financial difficulty. Of course a lot of the problem from this is that they aren't generating much revenue on a system as lightly loaded as it is. Paying full price for the spectrum in the auction didn't help much either.

There is a nice download link here on the Hutchison 3G network. Don't know if it will give the costs though.
