How much do you think the WOTD execs and Jack lost when they dropped the split bomb? none - they aren't shareholders (Jack owns 2 shares)

Here is a challenge to Jack:

PUBLISH THE LETTER OF INTENT OF DECEMBER 3rd, 1997 to you website.
PUBLISH THE AGREEMENT YOU JUST SIGNED to your website.

As shareholders you folks should be able to find out what the business plan of the company you own is.

I am no longer listening to Jack or anyone claiming to talk to him. This company is so screwed up that you can't even trust their press releases. BLAH BLAH - last resort Reg S BLAH BLAH last resort crushing reverse split BLAH BLAH just kidding about reverse split BLAH BLAH just talked to Jack and he is really going to do something good for us.

Do you think seriously that the deal CVIA made is the BEST deal that could have been done for shareholders? We could have just increased the shares authorized and acquired a decent company with the new shares. It would have only Required shareholder approval and would have been a great deal for shareholders. Of course maybe Jack couldn't find one that would employ him haha. The shares were trading above 4c a share before all the misinformation and lousy deals. We have all been totally scammed into believing this is some worthwhile deal. If you folks think this guy can spin some BS to help recover the 1.5mm dollars of shareholder equity that has been flushed down the toilet, then you are all a kidding yourselves.
