Anyone who has looked at that nitwit's methodology can see the number is absurd. It was clearly a hatchet job, designed as nothing more than an antiwar statement.

That sounds bad, but without the context of it, you really can't know what we're really talking about. One thing is certain, we're not talking about 58 Camp Victories, or 58 or the large bases as in Kuwait.

Some of these "bases" may consist of 10 or 20 men.
