Dennis and all other NPs: any luck on obtaining the corporate charter from RAIN? Given the post about illegal proxy solicitations, I wonder if another route to pursue would be to have one or more shareholder resolutions put on the annual meeting agenda for vote by shareholders. One that I have been kicking around would limit the percentage of options granted to any employee that could be repriced to 25 percent. This would prevent the wholesale repricing of Bermans grants and prevent he and others from escaping the pain that the rest of the stockholders have felt.

Another thing that somebody should bring to RAIN mgts' attention is the appointment of a top notch executive at Silicon Graphics boosted that stock 20 percent in 1 day. I have come to same conclusion that others that it wasnt the 1 cent shortfall that did us in, it was instead the seeming lack of strong leadership and understanding of the business the firm is in. This concept is golden but God forbid they run it into the ground.
