DeLay treated for heart condition Items compiled from Tribune news services March 11, 2005 WASHINGTON, D.C. -- House Majority Leader Tom DeLay was treated for a heart condition Thursday at Bethesda National Naval Medical Center, his office said. The Texas Republican was released and returned home after tests. He intends to stick to his plans to go to Florida, Georgia and Texas this weekend. A hospital official said DeLay, 57, who met doctors at the Capitol and then Bethesda after experiencing minor fatigue, has an irregular heartbeat.
