Diego Leiva. Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Leiva founded PICK in 1992. From 1989 to 1992 he was Director of Sales for Apertus Technologies, a
computer telecommunications sales firm. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Market
Makers, Inc., Chief Operating Officer of Silo Inc and President of Astroglow Lamps Company. Mr. Leiva has
recently been featured on the cover of Hispanic Business magazine and in numerous other industry articles.
During 1996, he was also recognized with both regional and national awards for Hispanic Executive of the Year,
Hispanic Businessman of the Year, and Hispanic Entrepreneur of the Year.
Raymond M. Brennan. Vice President, Secretary and Director.
Mr. Brennan joined the Company in 1994. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Brennan was Executive Vice President and
General Counsel of EOL, Inc., a full service event production and marketing company. Previously, Mr. Brennan
served as Vice President of Business Affairs for Radio City Music Hall Productions, where he administered
both the purchasing and legal departments.
Karen M Quinn. Vice President of Operations and Corporate Communications.
Ms. Quinn has been with the Company since December 1992, becoming its Vice President of Operations in
May 1994. Previously, Ms. Quinn was a business manager in the healthcare industry for twenty-two years and
Vice President of Operations at two computer sales and service companies over a period of six years.
Robert S. Bingham. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Bingham joined the Company in September 1997. From October, 1995 through August, 1997, Mr. Bingham
was a director of Frankel & Topche, P.C., Certified Public Accountants. He previously served as Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of Smith Management Company (a privately-held investment management
company) for one year, Vice President Finance of Prime Hospitality Corp. (a NYSE-listed hotel investment and
management company) for seven years and as an auditor and consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP, Certified
Public Accountants, for nine years.
Robert R. Sams. Director.
Mr. Sams has been a Director of the Company since 1995. Mr. Sams is the founder of Saicol Limited in 1983
where he is engaged in merchant banking, corporate finance acquisitions and financial advisory services.
Ricardo Maranon. Director.
Mr. Maranon has been a Director of the Company since 1995. Mr. Maranon is the Founder and President of the
Florida-based advertising agency Maranon & Associates.
Marilou C. Halvorsen. Director.
Ms. Halvorsen became a director of the Company in June of 1997. Ms. Halvorsen has been Executive Director
of the New Jersey Amusement Association since 1995 and was recently named to the Board of Directors of the
New Jersey Travel Industry Association. |
