I think there's more going on than just the insider supply. TMTA is competing in a cutthroat market segment (ask Cyrix, WinChip, etc.) and still trades at a huge price-to-sales premium to its main competitors (INTC = 6.1, AMD = 2.3, TMTA = 25.5). Yes, they have novel and interesting technology which many believe holds great promise. The question is how quickly that promise can be translated into superior financial performance. On that question the jury is still very much out and given that the go-go momentum crowd is out of the picture these days it will take real results, not hype, to get TMTA back to its old highs.
