I'm a Tegal fan also, but in my opinion UTEK and FSII and others look like they have more upside potential based on their product diversity and size. Then again, Tegal is dirt cheap - but so is UTEK and FSII. I bought into TGAL to diversify, but the more I read about UTEK the less need for diversification I feel will be needed to reduce risk.
