Both you guys sound right to me.

I find it very strange indeed that we can go in the space of 3 days from a major bear mentality to a major bull mentality. Something is fishy here. Funds dumping? I don't know.

However, there are some stocks that have not made it up to their neckline, after forming a head and shoulders - in fact many of the high flyers that ralied strongly from April to June - SYSF, CSCC, USLD, ASND, VTSS. QCOM etc. Statistically 90% of such formations do not reverse, and I think there are quite a few of these formations around, so there is another side to this rally that doesn't fit the "rally" picture. I agree that INTC and the bellweathers may be bigger beneficiaries than others here.

If the timing is delayed then that's another thing.
