I found the following information on Shorting RAIN:

RAIN seems like it took a pretty heavy hit - maybe too heavy. BUT since the news right now is all based around a negative class-action lawsuit, I don't see this stock bouncing until is busts through 10. The problem is, most stocks that are oversold in panic will usually be bought back at discounted prices within the following two days - this does not look to be the case with RAIN.. If I HAD to make a trade on RAIN I would short it here down to 10, cover, then see what the news is saying and be ready to buy again.ÿ
